Your bills are leaking. We find the leak.
Telecom circuits, phone lines, internet — the recurring spend nobody in your company wants to babysit. Recurvana audits it, fixes it, and watches it. If we find nothing, you pay nothing.
No savings → no fee. No contract first. No carrier switch required.
Nobody owns the phone bill. So the phone bill owns you.
Telecom and utility spend sits in a no-man's-land between IT, facilities, and accounting. Everyone pays it. Nobody reads it. The waste compounds monthly.
Zombie services
Circuits and lines for closed offices, departed vendors, and dead projects — billing quietly for years because cancelling was never anyone's job.
Out-of-contract drift
Terms lapse and rates float upward 20–40%. Carriers don't call to mention it. The renewal date passed while everyone was busy.
Unreadable invoices
Carrier bills are engineered to be skimmed, not audited. Errors and misapplied rates hide in plain sight — industry audits put billing error alone at 7–12% of spend.
A 20-hour-a-week job nobody has
Tracking orders, disputes, moves, and escalations across carriers is real work. In most organizations it lands on someone senior — as their fourth job.
If we find nothing, you owe nothing. That's the whole deal.
Send us the bills.
Recent invoices and a contact for questions. That's the extent of the lift on your side — no system access, no meeting marathon, no disruption to your team.
Most clients spend under two hours on the entire audit, total.
We dig, line by line.
Every circuit, every line item, every rate — validated against your locations, contracts, and market pricing. Zombie services, billing errors, and out-of-contract drift surfaced with the evidence attached.
Built on 20+ years of reading carrier invoices from the inside.
You approve. You keep the savings.
A findings report in plain English — cancel, dispute, renegotiate, or replace, item by item. Nothing changes without your sign-off. Approved savings go back into your budget.
Our fee is a share of savings actually realized — nothing else.
One steward for the whole stack — and it starts with the free audit.

How we're paid — in full daylight.
Most of this industry hides its economics. We lead with ours, because the model only works if you can trust it.
Shared savings on audit findings
When the audit recovers money, we split the recovered amount for a fixed period. You approve every change first.
- No savings realized → no fee, ever
- Fixed split, fixed term, in writing before we start
- You keep 100% of the savings after the term
Carrier commissions on new services
When you order through us as your agent, the provider pays us a commission — the same channel program every major carrier runs.
- Disclosed up front, always
- Your pricing is the same or better than direct
- Never stacked on an audit fee for the same dollar
The conflict-of-interest promise: we never take supplier compensation on decisions where we sit on your side of the table without telling you first, in writing. If a recommendation earns us a commission, you'll know before you approve it — and if you'd rather pay a flat fee and have us rebate the commission, that option is always on the table.
Other auditors leave a PDF. We leave you the watchtower.
Every Recurvana engagement ends with a living inventory of your services — every circuit, rate, contract, and renewal date in one place, kept current as things change.
A report tells you where the money went. The tracker makes sure you see the next leak before it costs you a year of it.
"Smart companies, competent teams — and a category of spend that falls between every chair in the building. The waste was never a mystery. It just needed someone whose entire job was to care."
Recurvana was founded by Lance Colwill after twenty-plus years inside enterprise telecom and network infrastructure — architecting circuits, running carrier migrations across hundreds of sites, and watching organization after organization bleed money on bills nobody had time to read.
That's the job now. Recurvana takes the category nobody wants, stewards it like our own money — because our fee only exists if your savings do — and leaves every client with more clarity than we found.

Questions every smart buyer asks.
What does the audit actually cost?+
Nothing up front, and nothing ever if we don't find savings. If we do find savings you choose to act on, our fee is a fixed share of the recovered amount for a fixed term — agreed in writing before the audit begins. If we find nothing, you get a clean bill of health and we part as friends.
Do you only do telecom?+
Telecom is where the audit starts, but the sourcing desk covers the full stack — connectivity, SD-WAN, voice and contact center, cloud, cybersecurity, mobility, even energy — quoted across a 300+ supplier portfolio. The free audit stays the front door: it proves how we work before you place anything bigger with us.
Do we have to switch carriers?+
No. Most findings — billing errors, zombie services, out-of-contract rates — are fixed with your current providers. Switching only enters the conversation when it clearly wins, and it's always your call.
What do you need from us?+
Recent invoices (typically 2–3 months across your providers) and one contact who can answer occasional questions. No network access, no software installs, no standing meetings. Most clients spend less than two hours total.
How long does it take?+
Findings typically land within two to three weeks of receiving invoices. Recovered savings begin as soon as you approve changes — disputes and cancellations often land inside the first billing cycle.
How do carrier commissions work — doesn't that bias you?+
Carriers pay channel agents a commission for business placed through them — it's how the industry's procurement channel works, and it doesn't raise your price. The bias question is fair, which is why we disclose every commission before you approve anything, never stack a commission and an audit fee on the same dollar, and will happily work flat-fee with commissions rebated if you prefer. Daylight is the policy.
We're small — is this worth it for us?+
If you spend more than about $2,000 a month on telecom and connectivity, the audit is usually worth running — error rates don't respect company size. Below that, we'll tell you honestly and point you at the two or three things to check yourself.
What happens after the audit?+
Whatever serves you. Some clients take the findings and the tracker and run. Others keep us on as agent of record and renewal watch so the inventory stays clean permanently. No obligation either way — stewardship is earned, not contracted.
The money is already leaking. The only question is who finds it first.
Send us the bills. Two to three weeks later you'll know exactly what your telecom spend should cost — and if we can't save you money, the answer costs you nothing.
